“The international court has confirmed the Zionists’ war crimes against the passengers of that ship after they filed a lawsuit and all foreign passengers of the Gaza-bound ship are also filing lawsuits with their own countries’ courts against the Zionists for their war crimes,” Dogan Uzluk, who was also one of Mavi-Marmara passengers, told FNA on Saturday.
He disclosed that the international court has called on the Turkish government since last year to provide it with the names of four Israeli generals and one commander present during the attack against Mavi-Marmara to prosecute them.
“Given the Turkish statesmen’s behind-the-scene relations with the Zionist regime this order has not yet been complied with by Ankara,” Uzluk added.
A Turkish daily reported in 2012 that following the straining of Turkey-Israel relations after the killing of 9 Turkish citizens in Mavi-Marmara flotilla attack, both governments had resumed their former relations secretly.
Turkish daily Yeni Asya wrote that bilateral relations were resuming the former path behind the closed doors.

Yeni Asya unfolded that Erdogan criticizes the Israeli occupiers in public, while – at the same time – holds secret diplomatic and intelligence meetings with it. A 58-per cent rise in Israeli exports to Turkey and 42-per cent rise in Turkey’s exports to Israel have made Turkey the 4th largest exporter to the Zionist entity.
